Vinification: Maceration on the skins at controlled temperature, after inoculation of selected yeasts in the settled must, fermentation takes place in steel tanks and malolactic fermentation is exercised The wine is aged in stainless steel tanks for two months and in bottles for another two more months at least.
Tasting Characteristics: Color isgolden yellow with light green reflectionsBouquet: overtones of mineral veins that are proceeded by sensations of white fruit and delicate citrus flavours of the Ionian grapefruits Palate has abundant freshness, with a pleasant acidity that makes the mouth water for another tasting agreeable, with a long finish which refers to minor notes of exotic fruits.

Vinification: The vinification respects and enhances the features of the Negroamaro grapes which are defined well with their tannic structure and with more color by maceration of the skins. Each step takes place at a controlled temperture Aged at least 6 months in steel and 6 months in the bottle.
Tasting Characteristics: A bright, intense red bouquet; finely aromatic and fruity, which is recognized as a characteristic of these small black berries. The palate is dry, full, quite soft fruity and balanced.

Vinification: Grapes are carefully selected in the cellar, then crushed and de-stemmed and then kept in steel tanks. Fermentation of the skins enables the extraction of all their valuable substances; fruity polyphenols and tannins. Each step takes place at a controlled temperature. Once the skins are separated, the wine goes into steel silos.
Tasting Characteristics: Colour: deep red with purple hues
