Cabernet Sauvignon DOC Venezia

Grape Variety: Cabernet Sauvignon

Alcohol Content: 12.5%

Vinification: After crushing of grapes, juice remains in Contact with the skins which is maceration for 6-7 days to allow the extraction of color . After completion of malolactic fermentation, the wine is then stored in stainless steel tanks and will finish with 2-3 months ageing before release.

Tasting Characteristics: Ruby red in color . Delicate bouquet with scent of fresh cut wildberry. It is full and rich with overtones and well rounded with a pleasantly long lingering finish.

Vinification: The grapes that make up this wine are freshly picked and undergoe a slight pressing. The vinification is carried out at low temperatures to ensure a significant extraction of varietal aromas that exalt the bouquet, as well as fruity and tangy flavor utilizing the charmat method.

Amarone Classico della Valpolicella DOCG

Vinification: Drying of the grapes for about four months; fermentation partly in steel and partly in oak vats.
